In Case Of Fire and Bullet For My Valentine win at this years Kerrang! Awards.
Raw Power Management have triumphed once again at this years Kerrang! Awards with In Case Of Fire and Bullet For My Valentine taking home the prized K!
Bullet For My Valentine have cemented their position as the UK's biggest metal band by winning 'Best British Band' at the Kerrang! Awards for the second year in a row. As the band are currently on the Mayhem Tour in the US there were unable to collect the award in person, instead recording a video acceptance speech thanking Kerrang! for the nomination and all their fans worldwide for voting for them. With a new album coming early in 2010, let see if we can make it a hat-trick next year!
In Case Of Fire win ‘Best British Newcomer’ beating the likes of Attack! Attack!, My Passion, Young Guns and Fei Comodo. The forthcoming single “Parallels” is released 24th August and is taken from the current debut album “Align The Planets” out now.
KERRANG AWARDS 2009
Nominees for the Kerrang Awards 2009 have been announced and once again RAW POWER MANAGEMENT's roster is more than well represented across the board - with nominations in 4 categories this year.
Previous wins by Raw Power artists at the Awards are numerous and include Bullet For My Valentine winning Best British Band in 08, Best Single in 06, Best British Newcomer in 05, Gallows winning Best British Newcomer in 07, Bring Me The Horizon winning Best British Newcomer in 06 and Funeral For A Friend winning Best British Band in 05 and Best British Newcomer in 03.
Noteworthy that Raw Power artists have won the Best British Newcomer award a staggering FIVE times in a row since Funeral For A Friend in 2003.
This year's Best British Band category has 4 of the 5 nomination spots filled by Raw Power acts.
Huge congratulations to all of our nominated artists and we look forward to seeing you on Monday 3 August for the ceremony.
